Maintenance services are currently offered in the west valley. The areas of service include; Estrella Mountain Ranch, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Avondale, Glendale, (SW) Phoenix, and Tolleson. Currently the options for service include once per month or once every two months. These services are based on a month to month contract so customers have the option to cancel at any time. Customers are billed at the beginning of each month for the service. This means that each month’s service is pre-paid, and late fees will apply to payments not received on time.

The Cutting Edge Lawn Service specializes in desert maintenance services here in the valley. Desert landscaped yards are low water yards that do not contain grass. This allows customers to not only save on water, but maintenance expenses as well. Most desert varieties of shrubs and trees if properly watered can be trimmed once per month or once every two months. The deeper less frequent watering cycles is healthier for the plants and reduces the frequency of trimming. Customers that yard grass in their yards may also choose to cut their own grass and have our company focus on the trees and shrubs.

Maintenance Service Includes:

• Trimming of all shrubs and ground cover plants.
• Trees are trimmed up to a 7’ canopy (applies to larger established trees).
• Spot weed removal.
• Raking granite areas.
• Removal of debris from landscaped areas.
• Checking the sprinkler system for correct times and working order. (Major repairs are extra)
• Adjustment of landscape lighting times according to the seasons.
